Renovation work on the traditional home ground of Shooting Stars, the Lekan Salami Stadium has been concluded, and the club are due to return to the venue for their remaining home matches this season.

Officials of the Nigeria Premier League (NPL) visited the arena on Thursday morning and gave approval for the commencement of matches at the Stadium.

General Manager of the team, Mutiu Adepoju confirmed that starting from the Week 23 game between 3SC and Enyimba, all subsequent home matches of Shooting Stars will be played at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba,   

The NFL had slammed a ban on the Stadium prior to the beginning of the season pending when renovation work is carried out and completed.

Until now, 3SC had prosecuted all their home games at the Liberty Stadium.
