Shooting Stars step up their preparations for the upcoming Globacom Premier League challenge on Wednesday when they engage Gateway FC of Abeoukuta in a return leg friendly game.

3SC emerged 2-1 victors when both sides first clashed in Abeokuta last weekend.

General Manager and Technical Director of 3SC, Mutiu Adepoju confirmed to shootingstarssc.com that both teams will file out for the encounter at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba.

He further disclosed that on Saturday, 3SC play host to Kwara United in another return leg friendly. Kwara beat Shooting Stars 2-1 when both teams clashed in Ilorin a fortnight ago.

Meanwhile the opening Globacom league fixture between Kano Pillars and Shooting Stars has now been moved forward to Wednesday, September 30. The original date of September 19 coincides with Pillars’ CAF Champions League engagement with Al Merriekh FC of Sudan.
