Shooting Stars have concluded plans to beef up the squad by signing new players before the close of the midseason transfer period.

The players include the Ranch Bees pair of attacker Muyideen Fine Fine and central defender Abubakar Baleria while Daniel Emenike Ojiugo is joining from Ocean Boys. the other players are ex-junior international Karimu Shaibu from Heartland FC and Yusuf Babatunde, a midfielder from Sunshine Stars. 

Confirming this development to www.shootingstarssc.com, the General Manager of the side and interim coach Mutiu Adepoju said the management is still working on expressed optimism that the new intakes would improve the fortunes of the club as the Globacom Premier League enters its 22nd week on Saturday.

Meanwhile Shooting Stars have intensified preparations for this weekend’s crucial Glo league clash against Dolphins FC in Port Harcourt.
